The forum is the Clubs information center and live discussion area for all things fishing.  Powered by phpBB2 bulletin board technology, the bulletin board is interactive and allows anyone, who registers, to post topics of interest, reply and discuss items of interest, post catch reports, buy and sell items etc.  Members are encouraged to register and regularly contribute.  All you have to do is click on the yellow forum logo.

The board is also used by the committee to post items of interest, make general announcements and publish match schedules and results.  It  will also be the place to look if a club match is to be fished or cancelled. 

As the bulletin boards are generally open to the public at large, the Club hopes that members and people posting articles etc will do so in a sensible and responsible way.  The bulletin board does have a number of security features that can prevent undesirable words and phrases being posted, block certain types of user names and even ban users, these are under the control of the site administrator.  In addition each of the general forum groups have a "moderator" assigned who is able to "censor" topics or mails in the event of issues arising.
