SINGLE
BOAT LAUNCH.
The
Single boat launch was successfully voted in at the AGM 2000. This new rule allows all
boat owners the chance to launch their boats individually at any time day or
night provided they meet the agreed criteria laid down by all members of Fylde
Boat Angling Club at the AGM.
SINGLE
BOAT LAUNCH RULES.
-
THE BOAT MUST HAVE
A CURRENT RNLI SEACHECK
INSHORE WATERS AWARD.
-
A MINIMUM OF 2 CLUB MEMBERS MUST BE OUT FISHING
AND BE CAPABLE OF DRIVING THE CLUB TRACTORS i.e. both have a valid full UK car
driving license.
-
HAVE TWO (2) TRACTORS OUT AND RUNNING.
It
is strongly recommended that additional fuel and batteries are taken and that
communications are established with Liverpool Coast Guard before launch.
REMEMBER
THE SEVEN PPPPPPP,
PRIOR
PLANNING / PREPARATION, PREVENTS PISS POOR PERFORMANCE.
CONCLUSION.
It
is to be hoped that the above information will clear any gray areas surrounding
the RNLI Sea Check standards within FBAC.
